4th in sp ed

It has taken me most of the year but finally the Queen is classified OHI and in sp ed. I now have 4 kids in sp ed if you include my youngest but he is in preschool. I'm hopeful that the Queen will do well and really learn to read...not just sight words.

I do like my school district, not that they aren't looking at costs of services, they are, but I do believe they truly want to help the kids, and that is half of the battle.

Thanks, WO, it has been a long, spirit squashing road, I'm tired. But I guess we all know, that doesn't allow us to stop fighting for our kids.

My sister's suicide has renewed my belief that I have to develope a better support system for my family. Getting the school to do what they can is part of that plan.
