I'm thinking there may be a marketing potential in that bra/supply holder.

Day two update.

Yes, yes, did wear a bra. Hated every second of it. But, it was resourceful. Provided a pen and a sticky note to a coworker. I'm running up the scale here. ;)

Abbey---you mean you had a PEN and a sticky note IN YOUR BRA???? Yikes!

Congrat's on the new job and I hope it gets easier and easier. I've been thrown into a job with no training, but my only contact with people was over the phone. I can't imagine having to face people when you haven't had training and are nervous!! You are a brave girl. I am proud of you. :)

I hope you end up enjoying this job.

Love,
Sue

Well, quit my job. Argh. I just couldn't take it anymore. I came home mid-day and just went to bed. Didn't get up the rest of the day. I was so disappointed and depressed. :(

But, got hired at another job yesterday (front-end manager at a grocery store) and have another interview today for a different job.

Can't start at the first job until I get what is called a "TAM" card, health card and yet another drug test. I must have done a dozen of those since August. I do those tomorrow.

I'm really hoping that the one I interview with today will have some promise. More of a career position with a casino.

Wish me luck!!

Abbey,

So sorry to hear that the job at the bank didn't work out. But if it was causing you that level of stress then it wasn't the right one for you.
Good for you for finding something else so quickly. Hope it works out better.

Well, good news about your NEW job!....and to have the possibility of another one in the wings is terrific.

I'm sorry about the bank job but I certainly understand. The field ain't what it used to be so I'm not surprised that you didn't want to stay. When I thought I wanted to get back into banking a few years ago I only lasted 6 weeks before I quit - I had to force myself not to run out of there screaming.

Fingers crossed that you find what is right for you. It's way past time for your luck to change on the job front.

Hugs,
Suz
