I noticed the article mentioned parental consistency, but pretty much said it wasn't the parents' fault. I sent it to husband... And a bunch of other people.

Glad to see this already posted. My cousin sent it to me via email this morning.

It's way past time for the professionals to recognize that it's not always "the parents fault."
