I appreciate all your thoughts on this....

I guess my frustrations/fears have shown through when I posted this thread.

My children are my children no matter the numbers describing their capabilities. I know on certain days that 38 is far below kt's functioning & other days I feel 38 is way too high.

It is very subjective - yet over the years the change in the GAF has been a 10 point spread for either of the tweedles.

It is what it is....

In the meantime, I love kt's sense of humor, her creativity & love of reading, her love of animals. wm has the same sense of humor, his dimples make my heart smile & I'm in awe of his academic intelligence.

I need to learn to take this a day at a time.
