I think my brain spun around a few times I was so angry reading your post. The whole degree thing is something I have gone through. Makes my head want to pop off when stuff like that happens. I have not a lot of advice but I will send good thoughts that when you move you will be able to get some real results with people whose heads aren't in their cabooses.
