Anbody else struggling to lose weight?

I found when I wanted a LOT of something crunchy air-popped popcorn with that stuff you sprinkle on it for flavor (and some butter-flavored non-stick spray to make it stick) worked the trick for me.

Do you know what the stuff is called that you sprinkle on for flavor? I've never heard of something like that before.

They sell that stuff right next to the popcorn but you can also get spices and also use spray on salad dressing.

Speaking of those 100 calorie cookies. Snackwells are great.

Kernel Season's Popcorn Seasoning is what I use. It comes in a few flavors. I usually use the Nacho Cheese flavor.
