I hate having produce go bad in the refrigerator. Has anybody tried the "green bags" that are now shown on TV? It sure looks
like the vegetables/fruits are good as new after weeks. That would be cool. DDD

That would be awesome - I haven't seen the ads, but if I had a nickel for every half a head of lettuce or cucumber I've had to throw away because it had gone bad, I'd be rich. Who makes them? I'll have to do a web search.

The ads run all the time...on the CourtTV channel, I think.
They do look awesome and if they're on sale on TV I assume they
are in the regular marketplace by now, too. DDD

Target has a special place in their store for "As Seen on TV" products. I haven't seen the ad for this, but if I find them at Target I'd be up for trying them. I hate throwing away produce.

Since I rarely watch tv...... What are "green bags"?

Our walmart has one checkout (the one with cigs) stocked with the "seen on tv" stuff.

If it works, it would pay for itself in a week at my house. I actually make multiple trips to the market so I don't have waste....which, lol, wastes time and gasoline of course! If I could buy a bunch of bananas and have them stay yellow, I would
not have to make banana bread again.

Thanks for finding the site. DDD
