It's a parent's network that's developing at UNC based on a grant from the Feds. Other parts of the grant include developing more sub abuse services and such. I don't believe that it's on the internet yet based on the way I received it. But I don't think you'll see any benefits in SC. Maybe the parent's newsletter they'll put out could be interesting to all. They're looking for articles right now from us parents, particularly re services in NC. So the newsletter is many months down the road. I'm sure there will be an internet site eventually.
