Apricot jam

Picked up a lot of apricots at Farmer's Market on Friday, and am making jam for mother in law's birthday present. She loves apricots. I've been looking for the racks and jar lifters at thrift stores, since I've been faking it with whatever I had here at home.

And then, yesterday, at Target, Hubby saw a canning kit, with all the hardware I need, and he got it for me. Yay! Gonna go make jam now!

Mmmmm. Apricots are, I swear, my favorite fruit. Never had them as a jam but bet it would be yummy.
