Occasionally we have a chance to help researchers look for answers to help improve things at home, school, or medically for challenging kids. This is an easy one--you don't have to haul your kiddo anywhere, wait for an appointment, or worry that your little darlin' won't cooperate. 
All it consists of is questions for parents to answer. It took me about ten minutes to complete and was completely anonymous.
We'd appreciate if members or lurkers whose children fall into the category of receiving school-based services (ie speech therapy, early childhood preschool, Occupational Therapist (OT)) would check it out.
