Yesterday the bone biopsy confirmed that the growth in my tibia is benign.

I wanted to tell you how THRILLED I was to read this on the Good News thread!

What is the doctor going to do about the growth? Surgery? Medication?

Thanks everyone. The doctor removed the lesion during the biopsy, so I don't need any more surgery. I'll be on crutches for 6 weeks until the bone heals, but other than that I feel fine. Just getting really bored at home. Boy, daytime TV stinks! I'm going to NJ this weekend to spend some time with the grandkids.
