Has anyone filed a chins petition? My stepsons case just got approved we are waiting for a court date and i am wondering what to expect

I'm sure over the years some of the CD members have filed. Hopefully one will pop in and see your post. Sorry I can't help. on the other hand I am trying to make sure that I remember who you are, lol. Please don't be offended if I have you mixed up with someone else but do I remember that you just posted recently that you and your husband had come to the end of your rope with your son??? If I am right...you surely got the meeting scheduled quickly. Meanwhile I assume you could google the key word and get some info about the hearing procedures. As with all our new and old CD family members I am sending supportive hugs and thoughts your way. DDD
