Received my first Christmas card today, from upallnight (thank you!!). Wondering how is it that I have a card already but haven't received my list yet

I'm guessing that it's the difference in delivery times between in-country and out-of-country post. Also, I'm not sure how the U.S. Postal Service and Canada Post route the mail between countries. Upallnight is a little farther north, so there may be less of a delay or fewer sorting stations to go through between there and here...
