Computer / TV question

Hi, all :O)

Does anyone know whether I can transfer a television series purchased online for viewing on my computer to a DVD disc, so I can pop it into the DVD player and watch it on television?

If you received ISO files for it, then you should be able to do it. You need to have the software to burn ISO files - most DVD burners come with this.

We have a cable (I think it's called a DMI cable). Cost about $20. It stays hooked up to the t.v. When we want to watch something on the television that is on the computer (or live stream a online video to the t.v.) we plug the other end to the computer and voila, no hassle and we can watch whatever we like. The cable just gets unhooked from the computer and we keep it plugged into the t.v. so we always have it ready to go. It's a wonderful time saver and aggravation saver. And the picture looks great on tvs this way, even when displayed on my 50in screen.

ISO is just the extension, like doctor or PDF.
