Could exercise be the answer?

My difficult child does not difficult child out when he is skiing. He is quite fun to be with then. And when he is done he comes home and falls a sleep I wish we could live our entire life on the slopes.

Speaking of getting up and sitting down, has anyone seen the video of that adorable toddler who knows so many states on the map? It's hysterical.
And a good way to teach. Just take breaks, then learn some more.
Of course, it wouldn't work with-a whole roomful of people.

Exercise is a huge help but again it depends on stability and motivation. Currently, at Residential Treatment Center (RTC) it is in the gym for an hour a day. Compassion
