developmental pediatrician. report.....

I took difficult child to developmental pediatrician. to have his medications evaluated to confirm ADHD diagnosis along with Asperger's. (Make sure that it wasn't his Asperger's causing the short attention span....anyway adderall was making him mean)

With that being said he does have ADHD and the new medications seem to be working. But his report said that everything was normal with him except for the area labeled "nuerological".

It said that his "reflexes are mildly increased" and "mild tremor upon reaching". I know what both mean but has anyone else seen that before?

I would talk to neuro specifically about those observations and what they mean. My layperson guess would be that there is a neurological basis for his motor skill issues. Sounds like he has a bit of spasticity (tight muscles) going on.
