My difficult child 2 decided to cut his sister's hair one day after he'd just been to get his hair cut. She was 23 months. He was four. Her hair was just to her shoulders and very lovely. We were supposed to take her 2nd birthday picture in a few days. When he was finished, her hair was shorter than his, and he had a "runway" going up the center of his head. I didn't know whether to laugh or cry -- they were so proud of the handiwork! A day or two later, I noticed that he'd also trimmed his EYELASHES!!!

All scissors were hidden for a VERY long time after that.

And now Britney Spears is sporting a shorn scalp... hmmm, I think she's definitely a difficult child, with all the stunts she's pulled in the past few years...
