difficult child turned 18 today!!!

She has not lived at home really for nearly 3 years but today she is 18 and made it without incarceration. She came close many times. I first came here in Nov. 2008 when she was 15. I get so much support knowing I am not alone.
We had a nice family celebration and I am releived.

Isn't it funny how people who don't have difficult child's are excited that their child turned 18 and signed up for college or something and we are happy our children turn 18 and aren't in jail
