Hi folks, husband and I upgraded our basic, basic cable today to digital. Tech was here for over 3 hours. We wanted our basic, basic enhanced and now premium channels. Tech tried 3 digital cable boxes. We can still get reg cable with-it and only about 3-4 of the 100 plus we are supposed to get. He was stumped. Pulled out all stops and then some. CS support too, was of no help after he left (even though they really tried). Supposed to send another tech out, but it got late. What was to be a 15 min appointment turned into almost 4 hrs. Anyone run into this before? If so, any answers? Our acct is up to date and no holds, etc...UGH! Any related stories or ideas would be much appreciated!!
