He is doing much better!!
1. He currently has an A- average and I haven't had to nag him about doing his homework!
2. He is doing well with the drill team (although he did miss the homecoming parade cause he was very sick, bummer).
3. He has a date for homecoming (at least for now, he has had several and something always seems to happen...but the dance is only 70 hours away, so I'm hopeful).
4. It sounds like he was the only freshman boy to put his name forward to run for homecoming court, so he says that they told him he will "win" the election for freshman prince as he is running unopposed.
5. The social worker put him in a social skills group with boys that are all mainstreamed (he is not) because she said that he is doing too well for the lower group
So much better than even two weeks ago!!!
