My lifestyle is very healthy. I work out and almost never consume saturated fat. I dont eat meat more than a few times i year. My good chollestral is high, which is great. But my bad cholestral is higher than it should be too and I know it runs in the family. I read that familial high cholestral is harder to correct than just regular high cholestral. And lifestyle doesnt affect it...you either take statens and some vitamins or clog your arteries.
So im doing that.
Anyone else familiar with inherited high cholestral?
