Once you find out where your court is, you can file tomorrow for temporary guardianship, you can get the papers at the court house. You have to do them all in triplicate, you have to figure it out, but I just remembered that I filed in one day and the court date was pretty soon afterwards. The charge is minimal too. </p><p></p><p>I also had a social worker through CPS who helped me a lot.
