Follow up from difficult child's teacher

I received a follow-up email from difficult child's teacher about difficult child's writing assessment.

difficult child's teacher indicated that he expected MOST (not all) students to score fairly low. He said that in the beginning of the year it is a common score. He then went on to say difficult child is a diligent ( DILIGENT !!! YES THIS MADE MY DAY !!) student and he is doing well with his assignments and that he does not want difficult child to feel stressed out at all.

So far so good ! I hope and pray this positive information keeps flowing in ...

Thanks guys ! NOTHING would make me happier than difficult child continuing to do well in school. He really seems to have matured socially and is doing fair at home. I hope and pray it continues.
