G'day people.

We had our last public trains day for the year today. As usual I worked in the ticket box. It was hectic despite cooler and damp weather.

Tomorrow husband & I see the pain specialist and I'm also hoping to get easy child 2/difficult child 2 to drop in to the child care centre where she has a chance of casual work.

It's getting busier as we get closer to Christmas.

Good Sunday Morning!

Good evening Marg - you and "your man" look like you are having a great time - love the Christmas touches to your outfits!!!!!

Survived my third dinner party in as many weeks last night! The shrimp creole came out great! The company was great! Everyone had a fab time. But I'm finished doing the formal dinners for a few weeks!

Today is about washing and putting away the silver, crystal and china and then taking a snooze by the fire!!!!!

Morning ladies. Laundry day is here again. Got the tree and lights up yesterday. Considering going to a Christmas dinner party thrown by a co-worker in two weeks, kiddo says she's interested as long as she doesn't have to eat or taste anything she doesn't want to. Still not overly impressed with the Abilify but it's not the nightmare that some previous medications were, nor is it as good as the Zyprexa was (minus the side effects). Can certainly tell winter is arriving, my truck is doing its door freeze thing again, even after being warmed up.

All of the company is gone but we sure had a great time!! Today has been busy enough as I've already been to church and to the health club. It wasn't as great as a stress release as usual because difficult child came along and didn't do well. Still I did get in my workout!! Now I need to write a grocery list for husband to run to the store and then I plan on napping and watching the Packer game!

The bloke in the photo with Marg is a good friend and has the heartiest laugh.

The train I was driving had a loose nut that I was madly trying to tighten so that a gauge would not fall off the 'dashboard'. Every time we rolled into the station to unload our passengers I jumped off, pulled out my folding pliers and made a half dozen eighth turns - slow work.

He commented "Running repairs?" I replied "No, I've got a screw loose!" He was still chuckling when we came back into the station five minutes later.
