G'day for Wednesday.
Rabbit, I hope you have a productive day shopping.
We just got back from dinner at mother in law's. I got my home help person to assist me today in cooking a curry which we had for dinner. Leftovers will get frozen probably, or we will use it for lunches over the next few days.
difficult child 3 & I had a productive day. We mostly stayed home although he has a school project which is going to involve taking daily photos. We went for a drive to find the best location but it turns out that the best spot is the lookout right near our home, two minutes' walk away. So difficult child 3 can walk there, he doesn't need me to drive him (or supervise him driving, as I did today).
Tomorrow easy child 2/difficult child 2 sees the doctor again to complete her referral to the therapist. I'm hoping she doesn't want me to come with her. It should be fairly straightforward. If I can stay home, I can get more work done.

I'm back from boot camp. We tested this morning and I improved in all of the areas they tested!
This morning husband will drop difficult child off at camp and then take easy child/difficult child to the dentist and I have a meeting with difficult child's case manager.
Later this afternoon we will pick up difficult child early from camp, take him to a therapist appointment, and then for his blood draw.
This evening husband and I are going to dinner at a friend's and then we are all going to the casino about 45 minutes away. Should be a fun evening.

H and I celebrated our 14th wedding anniversary yesterday. It hasn't always been easy, but there have been some nice improvements over the past year. He bought me flowers and I made him a nice dinner. Then we took the dogs up to the reservior near our house and went for an easy hike. It was really fun. Then H took a wrong turn and we ended up down this dark dirt road - kinda scary. After we found our way out, I took him for some ice cream. difficult child stayed at her boyfriend's last night, she said, to 'give us privacy' - lol!
It's another day at the office for me. My assistant is still out on disability so have been able to brush up on a lot of tasks I haven't done in a while! It's beginning to get humid around here again - pool time! Yeah~

Happy Wednesday to you all! A good morning it has been . My difficult child's behavior was wonderful this morning! I have been reading a lot of books about ad/hd and odd on how to handle things differently with him, and it has worked wonders today. I avoided a few explosions in the making
. I also sent a letter to his day camp counselor in the hopes that he will be on the same track with my son as I am, guiding him towards positive reinforcement and praise on the little things which make a big difference. Since he got his 2nd write up at camp for hitting yesterday, changes are needed from all of us. Fingers crossed for a great day.
