Good for you for getting a quick appointment :smile:
When we went to our first one hour/initial appointment I took a log I had kept. Anything I thought of went in it. I kept a document open at the computer and would type something as it happened or I thought of it. The psychiatrist was able to scan it during the appointment and it also helped me keep on track with what I wanted to tell him. There is always so much going on, if I don't have it on paper, it's almost guaranteed to not be remembered until well after the appointment! :smile:
