We will be there in mid June. We're going to stay overnight in St. Ignace the night before taking the ferry over. I've been looking at hotels and think I'll choose the St. Ignace Days Inn Suites. Anyone ever stayed there or have a better choice for St. Ignace? We can only afford to spend one night on the Island because it is so pricey. So, does anyone know of a hotel there that is not super expensive and has A/C and a lake view? Also, what are the best restaurants that are not too pricey? As you can tell, we don't have much money to spend on this short trip. The main reason we will be up that way is because husband will be airbrushing at a biker rally in Upper Michigan. This is finally my chance to visit the Island. I've been trying to talk husband into it for years and years. I'm excited! Thanks! Sue
