But Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS)/Fetal Alcohol Effects (FAE) is actually a physical disorder. It's just that most doctors don't know what to look for...unfortunately kids from Eastern Europe tend to have a high rate of fetal alcohol problems. It might NOT be fetal alcohol as well.
