Help Please....Credit Report Company Freezes???

I submitted an application for a loan and got back approval asap,
subject to verification of information. An hour ago I got a call
from the mortgage company and the lady told me:
"As you know you and your husband are approved for the loan but there
seems to be a 'freeze' on your credit reports which prevents us
from getting verification information. Please call the three companies and ask that they unfreeze your account."

For the life of me I can't figure out how to get a human being
from any of the companies to tell them to unfreeze anything. I
honestly have not worried about the credit companies because we
are ok and haven't had any issues.

Do any of you know how to reach a human? It looks like I may have to write to each of them.....yuk!....and I am accustomed to
e-mail, fax etc. to resolve problems quickly.

I'm having a hard day, darn it, and I was really proud of myself
for working until 7 PM finishing the application process so I could chill at home. :smile: DDD

that gives instructions on how to reach a real person at various companies. I haven't tried it but I do see that the major credit reporting companies are listed. Hope this helps.

It looks like at least one doesn't need a report number to reach a human.......I'll try. Probably I should try now but I am too
