Okay son has a crossword puzzle. Yes I did read the chapter but can not find these answers. If anyone has a clue please help.

Primary light colors are this type _________________

Primary pigment colors are this type ________________

Light produced by mixing all colors of the visible spectrum is _________

The color you see if you are looking at light that has no red or blue is _____________

This is the last science paper he has to finish. He has 3 more pages of math then he will be done with his work for the last 2 weeks and I can turn it in.

I will keep looking for these answers but any help would be appreciated. I have been googling up a storm but can't seem to pinpoint the exact answers.

Thanks

Well, since it's a crossword puzzle, do you have any of the letters and how long the word is? That might help find the answer. Maybe just scan in the whole puzzle and we can have fun (???) doing it?

I'm not sure of the wording but is this what is being looked for?

The primary light colors are red, green and blue.
The primary pigment colors are red, yellow and blue.
(in computers and printers, they are cyan, magenta and yellow)
White is the presence of all colors (or reflection).
Black is the absence of all colors (or absorption).

At light with no red or blue would be yellow.

I don't know how all that would go into a crossword puzzle unless they are using the first letter of each color (RGB, RYB, CMY, etc.).

No real answers to life..
Primary light colors are this type _________________transparent?

Primary pigment colors are this type ________________reflected?

Light produced by mixing all colors of the visible spectrum is _________white?

The color you see if you are looking at light that has no red or blue is _____________green?

Okay these are just guesses, but if you have any letters going the other way, we could make better guesses....

Sorry no scanner available

Going with the yellow and white answers - thanks

The other 2, it ask Primary light colors are this type
Primary pigment colors are this type

It doesn't ask what the colors are just what type they are.

Sorry I wasn't very good in school either - can you tell - duh :hammer:

Do these work in the crossword?

Primary light colors are additive.
Primary pigment colors are reflected.

After my son knocked himself out trying to get the last 3 answers at a social studies assignment last week, I gave it a go and an hour later still had one I couldn't get (including net search). Turns out the worksheet wasn't written for my son's book...

9 across is Primary light colors are this type
14 letters long

11 across is Primary pigment colors are this type
17 letters long

I am thinking that both of those answers have to be more than one word.

I never got into crossword puzzles - wonder why?????
