I'm going to post this here and in SA as you all have been so supportive. This house is terrific AND I found it with-o a Realtor. Yep, used my old "million dollar producer" personality and I feel PROUD! The house has a brand new roof, a brand new waterheater, full fenced yard, irrigation with pop up sprinklers. a two car garage with remote and it is in a nice neighborhood. Can you tell I'm hyped?? We close the end of May. I am going to be FREE of this burden. I couldn't have lasted with-o your help...really. Happy Dance Time. DDD
