Horrible thing to happen

A little 8 year old girl was sexually assaulted by 4 boys. If that's not bad enough, they all come from a culture that believes the boys should not be in jail and the girl is at fault and is bringing shame to her family. How is it that a culture develops in such a way that this attitude is commonplace? It's descpicable and if the girl's parents continue to believe this way, personally, I hope they NEVER get her back.

I saw this in the paper today. I feel so sorry for that little girl. Being so young, with four boys involved, and her parents blaming her...that's just horribly sad on so many levels.
