My copy of the book just arrived and I cannot wait to dive in ...
Star recommended this book in another thread and as most of you, she gives great advice.

I will let you know how it goes.

Great Book - I have read it, and the others the authors have put out. Great read.

Its written more for TTs than for difficult children... but the author was a successful Special Education teacher... the kind who tossed out "the book" and went with what worked.

I enjoyed it, still refer to it sometimes.
Other books give me more on dealing with GFGness.
THIS one covers those typical teen times.

I agree InsaneCdn ... My difficult child is much too difficult, but I do think it will help me get a better understanding and it will make some improvement for difficult child eventually ...

Oh, by the way? ... it WILL really help with your easy child... esp in another 3-4 years when those typical teen hormones kick in!
