Money issues are SO common in marriage that it's ridiculous. My husband, for example, is truly a wonderful quiet giving man. on the other hand, three days ago he looked shocked when I mentioned our vacation in July. There were no words just "the look" that said we really can't afford that this year.
Yesterday he announced that he had gone shopping for new shoes and clothes that he "needed". Honestly, I would take a second job to make sure he had what he needed but the man does not get dressed up more than once a week and he has pants and shirts in the closet that still have tags. Weird.
I think the "economy" has us both tense. Bummer. DDD
