husband inappropriate response?

Do you think he is wondering what else he does not know?

That 'get over it' comment from husband is a common theme for my sister and brother in law. He lets everything roll. She holds onto things. They never can understand the other's perspective. He figures it is easier to let it roll. She figures if she does not hold onto it she will never understand it or be comfortable with it (whatever 'it' is). It has been a source of contention for them forever. Still is. It just seems to come out every few years.

Well, I will certainly ask him!
I spoke with-him today and asked him if 3 on Tues. would be a good time for counseling. He didn't give me his usual, "I don't know. I'll have to check my schedule." (Which is a control issue, but I won't even go there right now.) He simply said, "I'll mark it down." Then we continued the conversation as though I had planned a trip to the grocery store.
Maybe there's hope!!!!!
