Going Green
We've had our new grill for a year now and have never used the rotissere attachment. husband was at the store with me yesterday and we decided to get a couple of chickens and try them on the grill. We got our chickens, picked out a marinade (an injectible one...cajun garlic) and started them up today around 3:30pm. Turns out, two chickens didn't work out so well so I cooked one in the oven. But....we used the injectible stuff on the one on the grill plus basted with it. husband just brought it all in and it's delicious! He's walking around all proud of himself and almost beating his own chest caveman style! LOL It's too cute!
And....difficult child and our nephew (picky eaters both) actually LIKE it!
