I told Special Education Director about Bus Driver

Boy, is he PO'd. He's very concerned about her racist comments and other issues I brought up. I know I can lose my job, but I just couldn't let him stay in the dark. He would never have been told. She has issues with the teacher aides too. Nobody can stand her and I hope I did the right thing.

You did the right thing, in my opinion. If you lose your job over it, is it really a job you would want to keep? I know how hard it is for you to find employment with your disabilities, but this situation is creating a lot of stress for you.
