In for a fun day - NOT!

I have been sick for the past week and I spaced out and forgot to get difficult child's Concerta filled. I did have a 5 mg fast acting tablet that I gave him - but given the way he was acting in the car on the way to school - I don't think it will work. (sigh)

I have an IEP meeting today after school too - so he will be expected to do something quietly in the hall with easy child while I meet with the team. Uggh! Wish us luck!

Plus I am still sick and coughing and hacking. I haven't been able to get my thoughts together about the IEP. (I already re-scheduled once.)

You got that script called in, though, right?

5mg isn't close enough to the initial dose off of a Concerta 27. Should make some diff, but it wears off in 3.5 to 4 hours... and you probably don't have another one, right?

Sigh. Mommy-hood doesn't come with holidays, and... with a difficult child (or two or more) we REALLY can't afford to get sick.
