RM - thanks for the list. I can rule out... medications, and dehydration.
Vitamin D... was late starting our supplement this year - usually start that at equinox (being N of the 49th, we don't get enough UV to produce D in the winter). So... that may have contributed.
Vitamin B - how coincidental! I started taking B again today because of feeling stressed out... so that may have contributed as well.

I never cease to be amazed at the breadth of knowledge around this place!
