That's great Tanya, thank you. That seems to be a choice I have to continually make, each day. Now I often drift over to what is right and what is working quite a bit more readily. It seems after spending so much time in a world with our kids which puts us continually in that place of trying to avoid the consequences of their behavior, thinking of what could go wrong becomes a habit. It's that habitual thinking that I'm breaking up.

I've been burned by the "positive thinking" line - in fact, things can and do go wrong. But to focus ONLY on "what can go wrong" is... wrong. ;) We do need to be aware of what can go wrong, though, and allow for it while we focus on what can go right.
