Jumper's first real date and curfew question

If anyone is still with this thread...does this sound like an ADD kid would act??? I can't help thinking they have the wrong diagnosis....grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Sure, why not? I know a girl with ADD and she is just sweet as pie! She's only 9, but I can totally see her being this way as a teen. A friend of mine is definitely ADD "around the edges" (no official diagnosis, but anyone who knows her thinks she is) and she was a very "good girl" Anyway, good parenting seems to be at work here - yea it really can have a positive effect on kids with "issues".

I do get your concerns due to the other thread. Was the ADD confirmed with TOVA? If not get that evaluation. Then go from there.

Oh, yes! She totally flunked (badly) THREE Tova tests...lol.

ADD doesn't necessarily mean difficult child. If she had that H in there then it would be a different story. So, again, yes, an ADD kid can act exactly like Jumper is - especially if they have a GREAT Mom like you!
