I thought about posting this in SpEd forum but it also kind of applies to parenting so figured I'd post it here. I plan to send the link to the SD I am currently struggling with and maybe even to our home SD. It says it's for preschool children but I think it applies tremendously to any of our difficult child's, especially in school. I listened/watched the whole thing and I thought it was good enough to share.
