Here we go again!
That's God's way of telling me to go to bed! 
In a nutshell, I spent a crazy afternoon with my crazy in-laws in my brother in law's restaurant kitchen baking cookies I did not want to bake for close to three hours with people I did not want to be with who know only how to micromanage situations in the most passive/aggressive way possible. It was awful. I was ready to scream after about 10 minutes.
It reminded me of the time sister in law#3 decided to take the entire family (there were 10 adults and four small children -- none of them mine) in a rented van on a trip from Phoenix to the Grand Canyon over Thanksgiving weekend. I spent most of the trip with kleenex stuffed in my ears (the kids were in the back screaming the whole time).
I told husband to never, ever let me agree to do something like this again.
