Lack Of Sleep In Teens Linked To Drug Use - Red Orbit

According to a study released on Sunday, teens are more likely to use drugs when they get fewer than seven hours of sleep every night.

Those who have a prolonged lack of sleep are more likely to use illegal drugs, which can spread through the teen community like wildfire, affecting siblings and friends and others around them.

The research, which took place at the University of California San Diego and Harvard University, followed the sleep patterns and drug use of more than 8,000 teenagers.
