Last Minute Christmas Bargains--Post Here

I thought I'd start a thread for us to add to this week since I know funds are tight for us all.

I was at Aeropastle last night and they had lots of good bargains--$12-15 hoodies, $7 tees, $6 camis (all of them), $8-10 bags, and their wonderful fuzzy socks were 2 for $5. Good selection--not just a few items.

Lands End has 40% off your entire order plus free shipping through midnight Dec. 19--codes are at the site. The items/colors I wanted were sold out but I thought I'd pass it on.

You guys are a lifesaver. Travis missed his 40" tv on black friday by one person. He can't see our tv so can't watch anymore.......the screen isn't large enough. Thanks to the sale at walmart, I was able to just place my first all by myself online order for his 40" tv. Ok, so we're sharing it.......too much money for one person for xmas, but it's part of his xmas this year. THANKS! :) Even got it shipped to the house by dec 24 for free! Can't wait to see his face.

Now to see if I can find him anything else while I'm at it. YAY!

Oh wow Lisa...he is gonna be thrilled! I can understand that not being able to see the tv. I am no where near as blind as he is and I have a huge problem seeing the tv. I can barely see my 40" across my living room clearly without my glasses. Thats why I love my 40" in my bedroom. I can see it pretty well especially when its on hi def. Make sure you update your cable boxes to a hi def box for that TV. It should be free because they are running Hi def anyway.

You know, this is the kind of stuff that really rubs me about not knowing where difficult child is going and when. If I knew for sure he'd be coming to me in Jan, I could take advantage of a lot of these sales. But derned if I want to go spend money only to find out he won't ever be living with me again and can't have whatever it is in a group home. Even a small Christmas tree would be worth it if he was coming home in Jan- I'd just leave it up a month longer.

klmno-Take comfort in the fact that you can always take advantage in the January sales and wrap things up in the Christmas paper. There will be even better sales.
