Wish us luck. Cross your fingers. Rattle your beads. We are leaving first thing in the morning for a week long vacation. We will return next Saturday - or maybe Sunday, if we stop at a theme park on our way home. This will be the longest time we have been away on vacation - except for the one 10 day trip we made to in-laws in MN 2 years ago. Hopefully, we will not have 'too much' family togetherness in the hotel room. Munchkins are taking game systems, books, card games, etc. and we have many, many activities planned - something for everyone. And, one day, we are just going to sit around and lounge in the pool/gym area and relax. We let the kids pick some of the activities so they'd be involved in the plan. Hoping difficult child and easy child both enjoy themselves and we all come back physically and mentally in one piece!! Only time will tell. I am looking forward to some real !!!!!
