Medical Flexible spending acct

So I was reading up on my flexible spending account for uncovered medical expenses. I can use it toward a hotel if I am visiting a minor child and that is part of the treatment plan. I can also get reimbursed for my mileage. I am out of funds for this year, but for next year? I really am beginnning to doubt that difficult child will be home before January. This will so help, especially if I can stay overnight a time or two. It gets really old driving 4hrs there, staying for 3-5hrs, and driving 4 hrs home!

Horray for small blessings (or in this case, if it was me, HUGE blessing). Glad you found that out! sometimes insurance will pay mileage and housing too, are you sure they wont?

Very good!
I found out that ours covers massage, hearing aids, and some OTC remedies.
