I think it reads like an infomercial which automatically makes me not trust it. Then it states that your child doesn't need counseling, etc. Then there's the guarantee it will work. No one can guarantee anything. I wouldn't even consider that program. Your daughter is at the very least exhibiting signs of depression. You can't tough-love parent that out of a child.
What your daughter is exhibiting is new behavior. I'd be spending my time and resources getting to the bottom of the cause. The behavior is a symptom, not the problem itself.
