Has anyone tried neuro/bio feedback for ADHD? Would love to hear your experiences. Anyone heard of "Play Attention"?

I used neurofeedback for myself for depression and anxiety, and it worked well for me. The clinician (who's also a friend) who did mine uses it with her son, who is ADHD, with great results. I've talked to others who've had mixed or less effective results, as with many therapies, it depends on the person.

Here's a good website with general info: http://www.eeginfo.com/

Thanks - in looking at my insurance info, it says it is not covered. Is that typical? I really wish insurance would cover more alternative treatments. It's clear the psychotherapy talk sessions they are covering are not effective.

My understanding is that neurofeedback is often not covered by insurance.

Rather than looking for alternative treatments, I think I'd be putting my efforts into nailing down a diagnosis.
