Next meeting delayed. Ugh. Educational neglect?

The attorney can't make the next meeting we had scheduled. He's requesting a later day this week or mid-week next week.

ExMIL, county case manager, and advocate #2 can't make it later this week. Adv #2 can only make it on Monday of next week.

Ugh. So there goes Wee starting next week.

So...guess I'll be researching educational neglect to see if they can stick me with that for keeping him out of school til there's a workable plan...

If only we could freeze our kids until everything was in order. School districts have time on their hands - they are not going anywhere as our kids grow up and through the years without the proper help in a timely manner.

I think they like to, "Let's see how things go this first quarter", spend 2nd and 3rd quarters dragging their feet and spend 4th quarter arguing, "Oh, too late to implement anything for this year, see what can be done next year. We will meet again in October!" And there goes another year in the life of a child.
